Chancel Choir

Type: Diverse - everyone is welcome
Focus: We are a group that welcomes, accepts and supports each and
every person. We celebrate our diversity of gifts, and come together
through music to offer them to God. We hope to provide strong
leadership of music in the worship service, for the glory of God.
We encourage anyone with a love of music to join us.
Commitments: Weekly rehearsal, and regular commitment to perform at
the 10:45 am Sunday worship services, September to June.

Children's Choir

Time: Tuesday 5:45 - 6:45 pm
Place: Church - Room 142
Child care: As Needed
The Children's Choir is for children in Kindergarten to 5 th grade. A time for singing, sharing, prayer, and fun.
Volunteers are needed for a variety of things such as snacks,
attendance chart, prizes for attendance, and musical
assistance.
Commitments: Weekly rehearsal, and scheduled performances.

Joye Bells - A hand bell music group

Time: Tuesday 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Place: Church - Room 143
Child care: As Needed
Type: Currently women - But open to all.
Focus: We are a group that welcomes, accepts and supports each other.
We share a love of music and we like to have enjoyable rehearsals.
Our goal is to prepare special music for worship 5-6 times a year.
No prior music knowledge is necessary.
Commitments: Weekly rehearsal, and regular commitment to play when scheduled,
September to June.

Sound Team
Contact: Scott Evenson
Time: Tuesday 7:00 - 8:30 pm for set-up and both Sunday services.
Place: Church Sanctuary
Child care: Yes
Type: Open to anyone
Focus: Sound engineers who produce and run our sound system during our worship
celebrations. They also record the service for use in the Audio
Tape Ministry.
Commitments: To show up when agreed upon.

Worship Team

Type: Diverse
Focus: We are a group that likes to explore many different music
styles. We function as a small support group for each other.
We hope to provide spiritual nourishment for the congregation by
creating a musical setting for them to have meaningful worship.
Commitments: Weekly rehearsal, and a regular commitment
to play for 9:00 am Sunday worship services. Need to be at church on
most Sundays by 8:00 am.

Youth Band

Time: Will start meeting when enough interest is shown
Place: Church Sanctuary
Child care: No
Type: Men and Women 9th - 12th grade High School Students
Focus: To create a group that explores new contemporary music. To
provide spiritual nourishment and the skills by which this group can
provide leadership in worship services and youth group.
Commitments: Rehearsals and occaisonal worship service performance.
